Woman found dead in Brooklyn home with trauma throughout body: cops

A woman was found dead in a Brooklyn home Saturday, according to police.Police responded to a 911 call for an unconscious and unresponsive woman inside of 175 Minna St.in Kensington just after 5 a.m., cops said.The victim, 27, was found with “trauma about the body” and declared dead at the scene, police said.Her cause of death will be determined by the city Medical Examiner’s office.No additional details were immediately available and the investigation was ongoing, police said.
