Brandon Nimmo’s time away from the field did not last long.Originally out of the lineup for the second straight game after fainting and hitting his head in a hotel bathroom on Monday, Nimmo entered during the bottom of the fourth inning after Mets center fielder Harrison Bader crashed into the right-center field fence at Nationals Park on Tuesday night in the third inning.Bader, getting the start in center field, missed his attempt at catching a deep fly off the bat of the Nationals’ Jacob Young and fell down to the warning track after his back crashed into the fence.After appearing shaken up, Bader remained in the game initially before getting taken out for Nimmo.Bader, according to the Mets, was removed for precautionary reasons, but it was not clear what injury he suffered on the play....
