It definitely will be one of the highlights of my life and my career.I mean what else can you ask for?” Kostyuk said, according to Wilson’s Instagram page.Currently available on Wilson.com, the “Marta Dress” is also styled with an overlay with buttons — an element taken from her big day last fall.“The initial plan was for one longish dress, kind of plain, but while we were doing the fittings, we decided that it would be cool to have two dresses: one just for the ceremony and another one for the after-party, for the dinner—something more easy, more comfortable,” Kostyuk recently told Vogue of the wedding dress design process with Joelle Michaeloff, who is Wilson’s head of design.“So we agreed that the overdress for the ceremony would be long and covered in flowers, but still a little see-through, and the second dress was the same underdress, but with a plain, short, sheer white overdress.”Michaeloff, who said the piece is “one of the most technical wedding dresses ever made,” elaborated to Vogue about Kostyuk’s Wimbledon look.“We kept the mini-overlayer dress, which buttons off,” she said.
