Donald Trump’s disgraced ex-lawyer Michael Cohen has promised to get “outta here” if his former boss wins the election — claiming he’s already close to getting a foreign passport under a new name.Cohen, who was the star witness in the Manhattan hush money trial that landed Trump a felony conviction for falsifying business records, told MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House” on Tuesday he would have “no choice” but to leave the US amid fears his old boss would seek retribution for his ongoing betrayal.

“I’m outta here.I mean, I’m already working on a foreign passport with a completely different name,” Cohen said when asked what he thinks will happen to him if Trump retakes the White House.“I don’t know how it’s going to work, as far as dealing with my wife and my children,” he continued.

“I certainly don’t want them moving to where I’m looking to go.”The convicted liar, who was Trump’s “fixer” and personal attorney for about a decade, didn’t elaborate on where he plans to flee to.His vow to abandon the US came amid a wider discussion about reports the Republican nominee plans to go after his “enemies” — presumably including Cohen — if he wins the election.

The now-disbarred attorney infamously turned on his former boss when he admitted he repeatedly lied under oath to “protect” Trump in the past — including over the $130,000 hush money payment he made to porn star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.Cohen ended up being sentenced to three years in prison in 2018 after pleading guilty to federal campaign finance charges and a slew of other crimes.
