Willy Adames throws major shade at Mets Jesse Winker after fiery interaction: Kind of player he is

Brewers shortstop Willy Adames acknowledged that he “ just said something back” to Jesse Winker when the two were seen jawing at each other in the top of the second of the Mets’ Game 1 win in the NL Wild Card Series. Just what that was might be left up for the lip readers and psychics to figure out, but Adames expressed some surprise over the interaction with his former Brewers teammate. Neither player went into too much detail about the verbal shouting match that appeared to stem from Winker saying something after hitting a game-tying triple. “I don’t know what was going through his head, but he just started saying some stuff.I just said something back.
