Now this is B-A-N-A-N-A-S.The Savannah Bananas just announced their 2025 schedule and this time around the fun-loving franchise is playing at more MLB stadiums than ever before.And, yes, that includes a pair of banana ball contests against The Firefighters at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, Sept.

13 and Sunday, Sept.14.Two months before that, the Bananas will take the field at the Red Sox’s Fenway Park on Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6.Other notable stops on their MLB schedule-like run include Atlanta’s Truist Park (March 29-30), St.

Louis’ Busch Stadium (April 4-5), Kansas City’s Kauffman Stadium (May 23-24), Anaheim’s Angel Stadium (May 30-31) and Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park (July 26-27).This schedule release comes on the heels of the Banana Ball Championship League announcement.“Starting in 2026, the BBCL will have six teams playing a full Banana Ball schedule,” founder Jesse Cole shared via Instagram.“A 60-game season with new marquee events that will determine standings and playoff implications culminating in one league champion.”This year, the league expands to five teams; in years past, they only played the Party Animals and Aussie Dropbears.In 2025, they’ll go head-to-head against the aforementioned Party Animals as well as the Firefighters, Texas Tailgaters and the Visitors.On Oct.
