She twerks hard for the money.An exotic dancer is suing Gallagher’s 2000 in federal court for not giving her proper half-hour meal breaks, according to a federal lawsuit.Rosana Kissoon, 24, says the Queens jiggle joint also never paid her a minimum wage during her two years there, and it also deducted a house fee ($50-$70 per night), house mom fee ($20), and DJ fee ($20), Wednesday through Saturday, court papers state.The dancer toiled “35-40 hours, five days a week” for the club before getting her walking papers in August, according to the Brooklyn federal court suit.Part of her beef with Gallagher’s is that she “was not permitted an uninterrupted half hour” to sup.

The 10,000-square-foot, three-story “gentlemen’s club” boasts an Italian and Chinese buffet.And you can build up quite an appetite pole-dancing, according to experts who say just one hour burns 300 calories.Kissoon’s gig was a grind, her lawyer groused.“You have to at least get minimum wage and they can’t deduct anything from your pay,” Raymond Nardo told The Post.“Before you can even get on stage, you have to pay a house fee.

You don’t pay the house fee, you don’t pass go, you can’t do anything,” he said.The federal filing names Gallagher’s 2000 and co-owners Robert Potenza and Butch Potenza as defendants.The suit “seeks to recover unpaid” wages and fees.Kissoon declined comment.

Gallagher’s owners did not return messages.A person who answered the phone at the club Friday said, “no comment.” Judges have made it rain for strippers before.In 2015, the owners of Rick’s Cabaret in Midtown avoided trial by agreeing to set aside $15 million to settle a class-action lawsuit brought by strippers who claimed the jiggle joint wrongfully retained their tips and classified them as independent contractors — not in-house employees — to avoid paying minimum wage....
