FEMA hurricane aid stopped by Road Closed sign? Thats Kamala Harris in a nutshell

Worry not, Americans — the brave heroes of the Federal Emergency Management Agency are here to help you recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Unless, of course, they encounter ..

.  a ROAD CLOSED sign. Yes, per on-the-ground reports out of tiny Bat Cave, NC, which was absolutely smashed by the storm, FEMA refused to enter the town because its workers are “not allowed” to drive around a sign announcing road closure. Even though the road was drivable, according to residents: just “officially” closed. That sounds juuuuuuust about right for the Harris-Biden administration. Glitzy photo ops for Kamala, while the feds fall down majorly on the job when it comes to actually helping where it’s needed most. Add in reports of authorities shutting down private-citizen rescue efforts — like that undertaken by heroic local helicopter pilot Jordan Seidhom. And don’t forget the traditional lefty ritual of reminding the peons and peasants of the Great Unwashed who the REAL victims are here: FEMA workers (at least per agency administrator Deanne Criswell). Look, Vice President Harris is clearly only interested in generating positive media sound bites, not actually making sure the disaster response is effective. Alejandro Mayorkas, who as Homeland Security chief also bosses FEMA, is very clearly happy to serve as an unofficial campaign staffer for the veep. And Joe? Let’s just say that current-month Joe Biden makes the Joe Biden we saw debate Trump look like a paragon of energy and competence. Worse, the legacy media has willingly run interference for Harris on this catastrophe, offering a muted, respectful response. Can you imagine the screeching howls of outrage if the GOP held the White House? Lapdog journalism is bad enough when it’s covering up for, say, Tim Walz’s weirdo lies. But this is a literal life-or-death issue. And yet more proof that Harris, Biden and their seal-clappers in the press really don’t care about what happen...
