Mets fans are everywhere these days — even Iran.A 35-year-old living near Tehran has been giving the Amazin’s fanbase a boost with wild memes and Farsi-filled posts on X as the Metropolitans demolished the Philadelphia Phillies in the second round of the MLB playoffs.

And he’s not alone.“There is a growing community of Mets fans in Iran, and I try to share the love for this team through Farsi content,” the creator of the “Mets Iran Fan Club” account told The Post, adding the fans watch the games through VPNs and Russian sports streaming sites.The account’s creator declined to give his name for fear of reprisals in their home country, which has strict freedom of speech laws.His love of the Mets began in the early 2000s, when he got to see Mike Piazza play ball during a trip to Queens with his dad.
