Man killed, one wounded in double shooting near police headquarters in Chinatown: cops
A man was killed and another wounded in a double shooting Saturday night in Chinatown – just a block away from police headquarters.The two men were shot when gunfire erupted in the Two Brides neighborhood in Manhattan between Madison St.
and St.James Place at around 7:26 p.m., according to the NYPD.
Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital, where one was initially in critical condition from a gunshot to his neck before he was pronounced dead.The other victim, who was shot in the buttocks, is in stable condition, police said.
No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing, according to police....
