Eagles vs. Browns, Cowboys vs. Lions predictions: NFL Week 6 odds, picks

Post sports gambling editor/producer and digital sports editor Matt Ehalt is in his first season in the Bettor’s Guide. There’s that scene in “Arrested Development” in which Tobias discusses how people delude themselves into believing something might work when it obviously won’t … but “it might work for us.” Well, call me delusional because this might just work for us.I’m here backing another big favorite. Yes, I know.

Brown and DeVonta Smith from injuries, Philadelphia should fly high. Dallas got a nice, last-minute win last weekend against the Steelers, but it isn’t equipped to deal with a physical Lions team coming off a bye week.Detroit ranks sixth in rushing yards per game, and the Cowboys rank 24th, allowing 135 rushing yards per game.

AT&T Stadium also has been no haven for the Cowboys this year, with Dallas allowing 72 points (36 per game) and failing to cover the spread in both games. Last week: 1-1.Packers (W), Saints (L) Season: 3-7.Matt Ehalt has been picking against the spread since his childhood days when he entered his father’s newsp...
