Ive got a job in sales but Im faking it how do I do this properly?

I just landed a job in sales but honestly, I haven’t got a clue what to do and how to go about this.I’m totally faking it at this point, and no one seems to be there for me with instruction or as a mentor.

How do I find good advice on how to do this? You’ve heard the saying “fake it ‘till you make it,” right? You’ve got this! Believe it or not, we’ve all been there, and soon you will graduate to having “imposter syndrome” where you’ve made it, but you don’t think you have, and you think you are still faking it.(Yeah, most of us experience that too.) Do some research on the web on how to be a rock star sales person, at least to familiarize yourself with basic terminology and concepts.

Then find a senior successful sales person in your network or within the company and ask them if they will be a mentor.Soon you’ll be crushing your numbers.Gregory Giangrande has over 25 years of experience as a chief human resources executive.
