Monsters actor Cooper Koch finally reveals if he used a prosthetic in shower scene

Cooper Koch is proud of his manhood.The 28-year-old actor appeared on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” Monday and clarified something about his role as Erik Menendez in Netflix’s smash hit “Monsters.”Andy Cohen was counting down Hollywood’s “top five most iconic full-frontal moments” when Koch announced, “Just to say, mine was not a prosthetic.”“Well, that was gonna be my next question!” Cohen, 56, said to Koch, who smiled at the camera upon making his confession.“Congratulations to you, Cooper,” the “Real Housewives” producer added.“Thank you,” Koch said back.Cohen then told the openly gay actor he’s “very blessed” — to which Koch replied, “Well hung.”Koch had to bare it all for a scene in “Monsters,” which follows the story of Erik and Lyle Menendez, who murdered their abusive parents in 1989 and were sentenced to life in prison in 1996.During Episode 3, Koch’s Erik is showering naked in jail and turns toward another inmate to show him — and the camera — his penis.In an interview with The Wrap last month, Koch revealed the lengths he went to prepare to play Erik in the show.“I turned my trailer into Erik’s room so I had clothes everywhere, and I had pictures of him on the wall, pictures of me too,” Koch said.

“I looked at videos of me when I was really young, and I watched how my parents treated me, which gave me a level of gratitude for my family and my parents.”“I listened to [Erik] and watched him religiously,” he added.“And I had my music, I had all different kinds of journals, all different kinds of things to help me really feel like him and be him.”The success of “Monsters” (which also stars Nicholas Alexander Chavez as Lyle) has led to the possibility that the Menendez brothers may finally get out of jail.Los Angeles County district attorney George Gascon announced earlier this month that new evidence of sexual abuse against the siblings is being reviewed.
