Davante Adams is just like the rest of us — he, too, runs around for his doctor appointments.Well, flies around.The star wide receiver, 31, took a red-eye into New Jersey early Tuesday morning for a physical as the parameters of him being traded to the Jets were essentially already worked out before news broke Tuesday about the swap with the Raiders, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.The news of Adams’ trade broke just after 10 a.m.on Tuesday morning.Completion of the deal — which sends a conditional third-round pick that could become a second back to Las Vegas — hinges on Adams passing his physical at the Jets’ facility in Florham Park, N.J.The six-time Pro Bowl wideout wasted no time, as The Athletic reported 15 minutes after the news broke that Adams was at the team facility.Adams’ reunion with former Packers teammate Aaron Rodgers has been the cause of much speculation ever since the latter joined Gang Green in the leadup to the 2023 season. In Green Bay, the quarterback-wide receiver tandem was among the most tantalizing in the league.
