made a rare public appearance alongside his actress wife Cheryl Hines Wednesday, just one day after wild allegations emerged in court that he told journalist Olivia Nuzzi he wanted to “possess,” “control” and “impregnate” her.Kennedy, 70, sported his wedding ring and wore a dark suit as he attended the memorial service for his late mother, Ethel Kennedy, at the Cathedral of St.Matthew the Apostle in Washington.Last month, New York Magazine put star political scribe Nuzzi, 31, on leave after she confessed to a “personal relationship” with Kennedy.

Multiple sources later described the liaison as a tawdry sexting tryst that began after she interviewed him last year for a profile.Earlier this month, Nuzzi filed for a protective order against her ex-fiance Ryan Lizza, a co-author of Politico’s Playbook feature, and accused him of concocting a blackmail scheme against her as well as hacking her devices to make the relationship with Kennedy public.

Lizza, 50, has steadfastly denied those accusations and fired back Tuesday in a bombshell court filing outlining salacious claims Nuzzi made about her romance with the former presidential hopeful.Privately, Nuzzi characterized RFK Jr.

as a “70-year-old ‘sex addict” who manipulated her due to the “huge power disparity” between the pair, according to Lizza’s court filing.She also allegedly described the relationship as “toxic, unhealthy, stupid, psychotic, crazy, indefensible.” Lizza, who is currently on a leave of absence from Politico’s marquee newsletter, further alleged in court that he privately urged Nuzzi not to report details RFK Jr.
