Multi Michelin-starred über-chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is the latest to lend his famed name to a toothsome new Miami condo tower, The Post can exclusively reveal. The top toque is teaming up with branded-building gurus Terra to cook up a 48-story structure, at 3501 NE First Ave.in the Design District — with 35 residential floors, containing 329 units.

It’s officially dubbed the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, and it’s set to break ground next summer and open its doors in 2027.Pricing will start at $1.6 million, with a menu of penthouses soaring into the eight figures.
