I feel inferior to my Ivy League colleagues how can I fit in?

I work at a prestigious fintech company where everyone went to Ivy League or prestigious schools.I went to a good public university and grad school but didn’t have a very high GPA, and I feel like an outsider.

I just want to be seen as valuable and fit in.How do I do that?This sounds more like your own insecurity.

The company hired you, didn’t they? You belong.You fit in.Your degree and GPA and that of your co-workers doesn’t define you, or them.

All people care about now is what kind of person you are and what quality work product you can bring to the table.There are fewer CEOs from Ivy League schools and prestigious institutions overall — and some of the most successful entrepreneurs didn’t even go to college, or finish their degree.
