A 15-year-old boy was charged with second-degree murder Thursday night in connection to last week’s deadly shooting of another teen in Harlem, authorities said.The youth was nabbed around 11:30 p.m., when officers on patrol recognized him from a wanted poster as the suspect in the Oct.24 fatal shooting of 16-year-old Clarence Jones, cops said.Jones was blasted in the torso around 1:37 a.m.
