PR queen Nadine Johnson lists artsy upstairs duplex for rent in Chelsea

Veteran NYC publicist Nadine Johnson — whose clients have included everyone from legendary art dealer Larry Gagosian and hotelier André Balazs to iconic fashion brands Chanel and Stella McCartney along with A-list artists Marina Abramović and Cy Twombly — is renting out the upstairs duplex in her Chelsea townhouse for $10,000 a month (with weekly and yearly rentals available upon request). The four-story red brick home, built in the 1920s, is on a tree-lined street at 312 W.19th St.
