Vegan entrepreneur and billionaire Scripps heir Sam Logan has taken a $2 million hit on the sale of his Miami Beach home. The stunning modern residence, which comes with its own dock, just sold for $11 million, Gimme can reveal.Logan, 33, bought the house for $13 million in an all-cash deal a little over a year ago.

Its six bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms are perched on Biscayne Bay, with water views from every room. Inside, there’s an open chef’s kitchen, an elevator, a family room, a media room and a home office/den. The 1,000-square-foot main bedroom comes with an oversized closet. Details include custom millwork doors, French white oak floors and 11-foot ceilings.The two-car garage includes a Tesla charger.Logan, through his mother, is an heir to and part owner of Scripps Network Interactive, a TV company that sold its networks — including HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel and DIY Network — to Discovery in 2017 for $14.6 billion, according to reports. His father is a successful luxury construction developer, while Logan has founded several companies himself, including Kuma Cannabis, Concierge Automotive Services and Fauxcus, a luxury vegan outerwear company. The listing agents for the sale were Jordan Karp and Douglas Elliman’s Pier Paolo Visconti and Claudia Maria Llanes.
