You may now choose the newlywed’s name.A woman has gone viral sharing that she and her fiance plan to allow their wedding guests to pick their married last name — and strangers online love it so much they’ve written songs about it.

Danielle Bonadona and Jacob Bartlebaugh are both very attached to their last names and have not been able to decide what they want to be called when they tie the knot.Last month, Bonadona revealed on TikTok that the couple was considering hyphenating their last names and that people have loved the tongue-twisting moniker.

“People are going ape s– over the idea that we could be named the Bonadona-Bartlebaughs,” she said in a follow-up video sharing the surname that sounds more like babbling than a legal name.“I just don’t even know if people will be able to f—king say it,” she noted in another video.

Unable to make the decision on their own, the unsure couple has decided to allow their wedding guests to vote on whether or not they should hyphenate their names when they have their ceremony in February.“‘Cause the thing is we both really love our last names,” she explained.

“Neither of us want to give up our last name, and so yeah, we’re just going to have our guests vote on it.” The bride-to-be explained that she wasn’t willing to give up her last name but would be okay with adding her fiance’s to the end of hers.“I’ve been called ‘Bonadona’ my whole life, and so that’s the name I go by, and so everyone calls me ‘Bona’ or ‘Bonadona,’ ” she explained in a video.

“And so it feels almost like changing my first name in a really weird way, like I couldn’t imagine not having ‘Bonadona’ officially in my name, but I would be happy to include or add his name.” She also noted that while some people were concerned for their future children the couple can’t have kids.“That’s not an issue.
