PHILADELPHIA — Tom Thibodeau got some reinforcements and made an adjustment. After playing with a tight rotation in close games, the coach opened it up from eight to nine players Tuesday with the addition of Matt Ryan.Cam Payne also returned from a four-game absence because of a hamstring strain and scored three points in nine minutes.
