An East Harlem maniac tried to damage an MTA bus and then attacked the female driver — all in a fit of rage because he missed the bus, authorities said.The lunatic went after the 46-year-old driver at East 125th Street and Third Avenue when he couldn’t catch the bus around 2:10 a.m.Oct.
