Colorado Rep.Lauren Boebert has probed top UFO experts on whether aliens had “bases” in the depths of Earth’s oceans.During a hearing held by a subcommittee of the House Oversight Committee in Washington, DC, Wednesday, Boebert asked a group of experts if they had any knowledge that the Department of Defense was involved with any “secretive” projects involving the “manipulation of human genetics” with “non-human genetic material.”A team of four experts, consisting of retired Navy Rear Admiral Dr.
