The “Full House” cast will always be family.John Stamos showed love to his “brother” Dave Coulier on Instagram Wednesday after Coulier, 65, announced that he’s been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer.Stamos, 61, posted a tribute with various photos of the pair over the years, as well as an emotional message to his longtime friend.“My brother from day 1.Love you @dcoulier and I’ll be by your side through it all,” Stamos wrote in his caption.Stamos and Coulier met playing Uncle Jesse and Uncle Joey, respectively, on “Full House” which aired from 1987 to 1995.The pictures shared by Stamos were a mix of old and new snapshots of the duo.
In one sweet shot, Stamos wrapped his arms around Coulier as they laid in bed together.In another photo, Stamos and Coulier posed with their late co-star Bob Saget, who died at age 65 in January 2022.Saget’s death was ruled an accident caused by blunt head trauma.Coulier’s wife, Melissa Bring Coulier, responded to Stamos’ heartfelt post in the comments section.“Love you PP – thank you for the daily support and love!! ️️,” she wrote.
Fans also reacted to Stamos sweetly highlighting his friendship with Coulier amid the latter star’s health battle.“Such great photos.My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you while ‘Joey’ heals,” one fan wrote.
