Ariana Grande & Cynthia Erivo Hit Back About Crying So Much During The 'Wicked' Press Tour

After being pushed back due to COVID-19-related production delays, Wicked began shooting in December 2022.However, it then had to be halted due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, meaning that its imminent release has been a long time coming, to say the least.Both Grande and Erivo have appeared visibly emotional numerous times during the Wicked press tour — so much so that it’s become somewhat of a running joke online.Well, Grande and Erivo have now addressed the talk themselves.In an interview clip shared by E! News over the weekend, Grande and Erivo can be seen holding each other on the verge of tears before stopping themselves from crying.E! News“We can’t,” Grande says.
