Jennifer Love Hewitt breaks silence on rumors shes fighting with Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Love Hewitt cleared up the rumors that they’re feuding.Fans began speculating that the two actresses were at odds after Gellar’s snippy red carpet exchange at the “Dexter: Original Sin” premiere on Wednesday, where she was asked if Hewitt, 45, is returning for the “I Know What You Did Last Summer” sequel film.“I have nothing to do with that,” Gellar, 47, said before walking away from the interviewer.

Hewitt later confirmed her return as Julie James to the franchise in an Instagram post on Friday.Hewitt and Gellar both starred in the original 1997 slasher film, but Gellar won’t be joining Hewitt and her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., in the new film.After her dismissive response to the question about her former co-star went viral, Gellar clarified the situation on her Instagram Story Friday.
