Walmart bodycams are the latest sign of how much pro-crime lefties hate average Americans

Though they claim to stand for the little guy, pro-crime progressives are making life worse for low-wage workers everywhere: Witness the latest development from America’s theft-slammed retail sector — Walmart testing out bodycams for employees.The idea is to get “unruly” customers on tape, presumably both as a deterrent and as legal butt-covering in case things go south. This comes after retail outlets large and small have moved to locking up some, most or all of their items to guard against theft. And after a raft of high-profile stories of employees — remember, these are people earning very little, with no significant job protection — getting killed or injured in efforts to stop theft.In other words, the laws beloved of woke lefties everywhere — laws meant to hamstring police and coddle criminals — are working as intended: hobbling cops and protecting criminals, while sending a clear message to law-abiding citizens to sit on their hands and do nothing.Of course, the progs didn’t anticipate the fact that stores and their workers would respond, with many outlets shutting down while others lock everything up — and loyal, outraged employees try to step up to fill the void left by “de-policing.” In this case, poorly trained, poorly paid, likely terrified clerks and stockers at your local chain drugstore. It’s insanity, and it reveals just how much contempt for the actual little guy progs have. Even as they scream about unions, labor rights, exploitation and equity, hard-left Dems at the city, state and national levels are implementing policies that not only make the working lives of average Joes vastly worse — they put them in mortal danger. Average Americans have had enough. Witness the serial defeats of woke DAs like LA’s George Gascón and Oakland’s Pamela Price and the ousting of pro-crime legislators like Reps.Cori Bush (D-Mo.) and Jamaal Bowman (D-NY). Or the recent acquittal of Daniel Penny. But until every last pro-crim...
