A Perth woman has shown off her incredible weight loss transformation that has changed her life forever.Back in August 2023, Holly Gaylard had reached her heaviest weight of 231lbs, while she was barely fitting into her size 18-20 clothes anymore due to her weight.The 25-year-old was at a low point in her life.After her family went through an unimaginable tragedy, she began finding solace in food and alcohol, spiraling into a devastating addiction.Her days would be filled with consuming unhealthy, calorie-laden meals and she felt like her life “revolved around drinking”, while she rarely got any exercise at all.But in just eight months, she managed to drop an incredible 77lbs and four dress sizes by turning her life around — and now feels healthier than ever in her new 154-pound physique.“I used to be quite chubby as a kid and have never really been at a super healthy weight,” she told news.com.au.“I was in a bad relationship from the ages of 15 – 22, which had a huge impact on my mental health and in turn, my weight gain.“I never really felt good enough and stopped putting myself first.
