President-elect Donald Trump confirmed he is sending eldest son Don Jr.to Greenland as part of his efforts to make it part of the US — despite repeated denials it is for sale.Trump confirmed the fact-finding trip while sharing video of a Greenlander putting on a red Make America Great Again hat and asking the incoming US president to “buy us.”“I am hearing that the people of Greenland are ‘MAGA,’” Trump posted on his Truth Social late Monday.“My son, Don Jr, and various representatives, will be traveling there to visit some of the most magnificent areas and sights,” he said of the mineral-rich Arctic island that is an autonomous territory of Denmark.“Greenland is an incredible place, and the people will benefit tremendously if, and when, it becomes part of our Nation.
