Harris, 60, is expected to meet with foreign leaders and US service members stationed in Singapore, Bahrain and Germany throughout the five-day trip, slated for Jan.13 to Jan.

Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will join Harris on her final world tour as vice president and “engage with civil society, including religious leaders and families of servicemembers,” the White House said. The voyage will allow Harris to check Bahrain off her country count list, which she’s never visited as veep, and make the island in the Persian gulf – which she pronounced as “Beh-ran” just two years ago – the 22nd country she’s traveled to on the taxpayer’s dime.
