The promotion begins on Jan.9 and is only available on Uber for teens accounts.The family-friendly feature that authorizes teenagers between 13 and 17 with legal guardian consent to use the app. Parents can add a teen account to their family profile and receive alerts whenever their child requests a ride that will simultaneously follow their ride from pick-up to drop-off. According to the rideshare giant, the promotion is good for six rides, each worth a maximum of $20.
