I like to gobble gobble long after Thanksgiving, and before for that matter! The adorably-named meal kit is one that I have tried before, during my four-year journey to try every meal kit on the market.I wanted to do another deeper dive into Gobble again, getting into the offerings on the traditional meal kit menu, as well as any sides and desserts I could get my hands on.
Note, Gobble carries my favorite single-serve cookie dough, so get your cookie sheets ready.Gobble meal kits work like any other traditional delivery service, where one would sign up for a weekly plan and then fill a box with meals, sides, and other add-ons to be delivered the following week.
They also carry specialty meals that serve four people, perfect for families, as well as single-serve meals that are ready to heat and eat from the fridge to the microwave. With the many options, Gobble is great for singles and families alike, all of whom want to have meals at their fingertips without a trip to the grocery store.
The cost of Gobble varies in price depending on which meal plan you pick.It offers Classic Dinner, Lean and Clean, and Vegetarian plans, each of which starts at $11.99 per serving.
Servings can be ordered for two or four, with two, three, four or five meals per week. There is also a shipping cost of $9.99 after the first week.
When I first tried Gobble, I was very impressed with the size and quality of the produce and food. The meals each come pre-packaged per recipe, making it very easy to pull one from the fridge and get to cooking.
The meals themselves are also very hearty and made for delicious and wholesome dinners. Many dishes have a creamy or meaty sauce or something savory that makes for a hot and filling experience.
They also are healthy, but not at the expense of flavor or portion size, and you may have leftovers. We’ve tried: I truly did gobble up these recipes.
Gobble meal delivery markets their meals as ready in 15 minutes, and for many of them, that is indeed true...
