Ex-NFL star Robert Quinn arrested for allegdly fleeing scene of a multi-car accident

Robert Quinn, a former first-round pick and Pro Bowl defensive end, has had another run-in with the law.The 34-year-old retired star was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and reckless driving in South Carolina early Friday morning.Police responded to a car repair shop around 2 a.m.to investigate a crash involving multiple vehicles.

A white Dodge Challenger was going in reverse when police arrived, according to official reports and when stopped by police, a female driver told them that Quinn, who was in the passenger seat, had called her for a ride, according to WCBD in Charleston.Police said Quinn was uncooperative following the incident and was slurring his speech, according to TMZ.Quinn was also reportedly at a gentleman’s club before his arrest and surveillance cameras showed him driving his pickup truck over a median and intersection and into the area where the crash was reported.Following the arrest, a mugshot of Quinn showed him with fresh cuts all over his face.As of Saturday afternoon, Quinn was being held at a detention center.Quinn, a South Carolina native, played college football at North Carolina before being selected 14th overall by the then-St.
