The Yankees added some minor league bullpen depth by acquiring right-hander Michael Arias from the Cubs in exchange for cash considerations on Wednesday.The 23-year-old Arias split last season between Chicago’s Double-A and Triple-A affiliates.He struggled badly with his control in 33 appearances at Triple-A Iowa.He was designated for assignment by the Cubs on Sunday.Originally signed by Toronto out of the Dominican Republic as a shortstop, Arias was converted to a pitcher by the Cubs in 2021 and while he throws hard, he’s been unable to harness his pitches....
