Exclusive | South Florida to get a big style injection with a new condo from Fendi Casa

Aventura, Fla., home to the state’s largest luxury mall — and the fifth-largest in the country — is now getting its own designer condo building.The style injection is from Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa.It will feature 22 luxury residences on Aventura’s waterfront.

Prices start at $5 million.The 15-story, 210-foot-high building is in partnership with Vertical Developments, and it comes with highly stylized, and curated, amenities, said Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO of Vertical Developments.The building is also designed for its walkability and features water, marina and golf course views.

The One Atelier collaborated with Fendi Casa for the interior flourishes.The building is slated for a 2028 completion.Dressed to impress, the lobby highlights statement pieces from Fendi Casa’s latest collections — anchored by a signature Fendi Casa sofa and other furniture pieces like a S’Mores ottoman.The residential project marks a “new chapter” in interior design for the company, said Fendi Casa CEO Alberto Da Passano.The three- and four-bedroom residences are around 3,500 square feet.

Design details include high ceilings — they are 10 feet high for standard units and 12 feet for penthouses — along with stone floors.The units will also boast curved architectural elements like a “signature arch reminiscent of Fendi’s headquarters in Rome,” as well as cove details, travertine finishes and wrap balconies. Each smart-wired home will have main bedrooms with custom Fendi Casa walk-in closets, spa-like bathrooms and home offices or dens, along with chef’s kitchens and private elevator foyers. The building was designed by architect Kobi Karp with landscaping from L&ND — including around 50,000 square feet of greenery, such as a park and an 18-foot-tall vertical garden. Building amenities will be on the fourth floor, named the Mezzo level, with a gym, personal training studios, a yoga and Pilates studio, and a spa.
