Former New York Giants star Jeremy Shockey is making a move off the field and into luxury real estate.The four-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champ, 44, is set to close on a swanky, new home in Miami’s exclusive Bay Point Estates for $4.5 million — a half-million less than its original $5 million asking price, The Post has learned.The deal, brokered on both ends by Julian Johnston of The Corcoran Group, closed on Friday.

Shockey’s soon-to-be residence is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in the ultra-private, gated community, offering nearly 17,000 square feet of lush, manicured grounds.The modern, open-concept estate is built for both relaxation and entertaining.

Out back, amenities include a heated saltwater pool with a Calcutta stone deck with a custom BBQ area.But the real showstopper is a sprawling, 5,000-square-foot Zen garden — complete with a koi pond, brick pathway and a canopy of trees for the ultimate tranquility.Inside, the home boasts a lavish primary suite with a private balcony, four additional bedrooms and three sleek bathrooms.A chef’s kitchen is outfitted with a gas island and premium finishes.
