It first hit the market for $34 million in 2019.Chanos purchased the home for $20 million in 2008, according to records.The buyer is a stylish fashion mogul who will be moving in with his family — and who requested not to be identified in this article for security reasons, Gimme Shelter can exclusively reveal.The trade was handled off-market.
