NJ cop couple busted for allegedly having sex in front of their kids and sharing nude photos

Two married New Jersey cops were arrested — and one was canned — after allegedly sharing nude images of themselves with their kids in the background, authorities said.Officer Brian DiBiasi was fired from the Hamilton Police Department Jan.31 after he was accused of using a messaging app to distribute “image and video files of suspected child sexual exploitation and abuse material,” according to a statement by NJ Attorney General Matt Platkin.Authorities began investigating DiBiasi, 39, and his wife, Mercer County Sheriff’s Office cop Elizabeth DiBiasi, 42, last week after getting a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the alleged images.

Both were arrested Jan.29.DiBiasi shared 36 media files containing nude pictures and videos of his wife with children nearby, alleged authorities, who said they accessed chat logs in which DiBiasi allegedly “mentioned children being present while he and his wife had sex,” Platkin said.He was charged with permitting a child to engage in a sexual act that may be photographed, filmed or reproduced; engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child; possessing fewer than 1,000 images of child sexual abuse; distributing images of child sexual abuse; and possessing images of child sexual abuse with the intent to distribute.Elizabeth DiBiasi was charged with engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child.“Sexual offenses against children are among the most serious crimes we charge,” Platkin said.
