An illegal migrant convicted child predator who was inexplicably let go by ICE last year is on the run in Texas after he allegedly groped a 7-year-old girl two weeks ago.Carlos Jose Ayala Morales, who served seven years in prison for his past perverted offenses, is now accused of inappropriately touching a young girl as she was walking near Travis Elementary School in a quiet Houston neighborhood on Jan.27, according to KHOU 11.The 43-year-old Honduran illegal migrant was later seen on surveillance video fleeing the scene and identified by cops who say this isn’t his offense, according to the local news outlet.Morales was locked up in 2018 after he allegedly groped children between the ages of 7 and 15 in 10 separate incidents as they walked in and out of school. In one instance, the creep tried to kidnap a 7-year-old girl who was walking home from school, trying to force her into the back seat of his car.
