A New Jersey cop is off the beat after being accused — along with her husband — of photographing themselves having sex while alongside their young kids, The Post has learned.Multiple law enforcement sources confirmed Mercer County Sheriff’s Office cop Elizabeth DiBiasi, 42, had her police license suspended following the couple’s Jan.29 arrest.In New Jersey, law enforcement officers need a license to work. Investigators accused her husband, former Hamilton Township cop Brian DiBiasi, of using a messaging app to distribute “image and video files of suspected child sexual exploitation and abuse material,” according to a statement.
He was fired within days of his arrest.DiBiasi and her husband were both cuffed after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a report about the alleged images.Brian DiBiasi, 39, shared 36 media files containing nude pictures and videos of his wife with their children nearby, alleged authorities, who said they accessed chat logs in which the husband allegedly “mentioned children being present while he and his wife had sex.”He was fired from the force after being charged with permitting a child to engage in a sexual act that may be photographed, filmed or reproduced; engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child; possessing images of child sexual abuse; distributing images of child sexual abuse; and possessing images of child sexual abuse with the intent to distribute.Elizabeth DiBiasi was charged with engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child.The DiBiasis have not responded to The Post’s requests for comment....
