Authorities have nabbed a suspect in the shooting of two women during the Eagles’ Super Bowl victory parade, police said.A 28-year-old man was taken into custody Saturday morning after he allegedly opened fire around 2:30 p.m.Friday in the 2300 block of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, where people were gathered to celebrate the team’s Super Bowl championship, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported, citing Philadelphia police.A 27-year-old woman was struck in the leg after she and her boyfriend had tried to cut a porta-potty line, sparking a melee.
A bystander was also shot in the thigh.Someone in the crowd allegedly punched the woman’s boyfriend then fired shots in the crowd, the outlet reported.The unidentified 28-year-old male suspect is in police custody and charges are pending.Police reportedly recovered a weapon....
