Dave Grohl’s baby mama is a 38-year-old, Florida-born rock ‘n’ roll fan who now resides in Los Angeles with their child, she confirmed to The Post.Jennifer Young had a baby girl with the married Foo Fighters frontman, 56, on Aug.1 of last year — and the tot has Grohl’s last name, according to records obtained by The Post.Young confirmed that the former Nirvana drummer — who vowed to be a “loving and supportive” parent to his fourth child when he revealed the affair last fall — is the father of her child.

But she told The Post “I can’t comment” when asked whether Grohl was in the kid’s life, as promised.Young is raising the child in a modest house with her own mother in a leafy neighborhood of Los Angeles.It’s unclear how much contact Grohl has with Young, who sports tattoos of Paul McCartney lyrics and the Metallica logo.She has been spotted pushing the baby in a stroller around Los Angeles — and the nearly 7-month-old girl has even sported a helmet with stickers of Elvis, Led Zeppelin, and Keanu Reeves.Young — whose bottle-blonde locks resemble those of Grohl’s wife of 21 years, Jordyn Blum — was recently in New York City on Valentine’s Day, at the same time the rocker was in town for Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary show.Young has not been publicly seen with the “Everlong” crooner.The identity of the woman who had a baby with one of the most famous rock stars in the world has remained a mystery ever since he revealed he cheated on Blum in an Instagram post last September.“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he wrote at the time.
