Kevin Spaceys $6M former Baltimore home is back on the market

This newly-listed Baltimore pad offers buyers plenty of space — especially now that Kevin Spacey is off the premises.The “House of Cards” actor’s Inner Harbor waterfront home went on sale for nearly $6 million on Sunday, the Baltimore Banner reported.The listing follows a legal skirmish last year in which Spacey, 65, allegedly demanded a $100,000 payment from the new owner to vacate the foreclosed-upon condo.Now, just a few months after the legal fight reached a settlement, the 9,000-square-foot home is back on the market.The high-end home sits at the end of a pier, with panoramic windows offering a breathtaking three-sided view of the city’s harbor.

 A spiral staircase ascends the condo’s five floors, which feature six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.Built in 2006, the home’s amenities include an elevator with light-up glass panels, a nine-seat home theater, a personal sauna and a rooftop deck.

Compass broker Sam Sheibani holds the listing. Spacey bought the Baltimore home in early 2017 for $5.65 million, according to the Baltimore Banner.It offered the actor a refuge in close proximity to his work as the leading man on Netflix’s “House of Cards,” which was filmed in the city and ended in 2018.

Soon after the six-figure purchase, however, Spacey faced numerous headline-making allegations of sexual misconduct and quickly fell out of work.Spacey has since been acquitted of multiple sexual assault allegations in the U.S.and the UK.

He denies the allegations.Spacey was, however, ordered to pay $31 million to the studio behind “House of Cards” in 2022 for breaching its sexual harassment policy. In debt from legal bills and with little work from Hollywood, Spacey lost his harbor oasis to foreclosure in 2024.
