MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell allegedly stiffed FedEx for nearly $9 million in delivery fees — the latest legal headache for the flailing company.The delivery giant accused the pillow pusher of breach of contract for failing to pay $8.8 million, according to the lawsuit filed in Memphis federal court last week.The business relationship between MyPillow and FedEx began in February 2021, court documents indicate.But by last December, FedEx had ceased shipping MyPillow products due to nonpayment, at which point Lindell’s company owed approximately $8.5 million — much of that in late fees, according to court documents.Lindell was not immediately available for comment.“We will not comment further on pending litigation,” a FedEx spokesperson told The Post.This legal dispute follows a ruling in January by a Minnesota judge that MyPillow must pay nearly $778,000 to DHL for unpaid bills and associated costs.Court records show that MyPillow had agreed to pay DHL $550,000 in October but failed to follow through on the payment and did not send a representative to a hearing last month concerning the debt collection.Lindell responded to the DHL lawsuit by stating that MyPillow had stopped using the company’s shipping services more than a year ago due to issues he attributed to DHL’s handling of shipments.Lindell also remains embroiled in legal battles over his claims regarding the 2020 presidential election.

He is currently being sued for defamation by two voting technology firms, Dominion Voting Systems in Washington, DC, and Smartmatic in Minnesota.His defense in those cases took a hit last year when attorneys representing him withdrew from the case over unpaid legal fees.MyPillow has faced significant financial difficulties in recent years, particularly after losing major revenue when Fox News stopped airing its commercials.Additionally, several major national retailers have ceased carrying MyPillow products, further straining the company’s cash flow.Lindell also...
