Vanessa Hudgens enjoys Oscars 2025 date night with Cole Tucker as husband is stuck in MLB limbo

Mom and dad’s night out: Oscars edition.Vanessa Hudgens enjoyed a date night Sunday at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Beverly Hills with her husband, MLB player Cole Tucker — one year after revealing at the 2024 Academy Awards that she was pregnant with the couple’s first child.The actress, who confirmed the birth of the pair’s first baby in July, stunned in a black one-shoulder Dolce & Gabbana gown that baosted feathers and a thigh-high slit.Much like Hudgens, 36, the 28-year-old Tucker opted for a black ensemble, pairing his black tuxedo with a matching shirt underneath his jacket.The couple was photographed kissing on the gray and yellow striped carpet before heading into the star-studded bash at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.Sunday’s appearance comes as Tucker awaits his next MLB landing spot with the start of the 2025 season just weeks away.The utility player spent part of the 2024 season with the Los Angeles Angels, with whom he signed a minor league contract last April.Hudgens supported Tucker during an Angels game in June 2024 when he made his pitching debut against the Mariners with the team trying to save its bullpen.“I mean find urself a man who does it all,” Hudgens posted on her Instagram Story at the time.Selected 24th overall by the Pirates in the 2014 MLB Draft, Tucker made his major league debut in April 2019.

Upon being designated for assignment in May 2022, Tucker was claimed off waivers by the Arizona Diamondbacks and spent time playing for their Triple-A Reno Aces affiliate.He entered free agency that November.Tucker bounced around from the Colorado Rockies to the Angels, who designated him for assignment last June.He has a career batting average of .213 and a .582 OPS, only homering five times.Tucker and Hudgens were first linked in 2020 and tied the knot three years later in Tulum, Mexico....
