Eagles Howie Roseman makes NSFW sex comparison to winning Super Bowl

Howie Roseman got a little graphic when describing the Eagles’ Super Bowl 2025 win. The Philadelphia general manager had a not-safe-for-work response when asked how it felt to win his second championship in eight seasons on the “The McShay Show” this week. “It’s almost like the first time you have sex,” Roseman told host Todd McShay.“You’re so glad you had sex, it’s not even the quality of it.

The second time it’s like, ‘Wow, I could actually have fun and enjoy this.’”Roseman, 49, has been the executive vice president/general manager for the Eagles since 2019, and is widely considered one of the top front office executives in football. In 2017, when the Eagles took down the Patriots to win the Super Bowl — the franchise’s first — Roseman was the team’s executive vice president of football operations. Roseman has worked for the franchise since 2000, when he joined the Eagles as a front office intern. In the locker room after their latest win, Roseman was caught going wild with all the players and staff in celebration. A few days later, Roseman was hit in the face with a beer can during the Eagles’ championship parade through Philadelphia. Roseman is apparently already back to work, having signed superstar running back Saquon Barkley to a two-year, $41.2 million contract extension on Tuesday. The Eagles are also reportedly “looking to make a big swing” this offseason to further improve their Super Bowl-winning roster, which could include a trade for Browns star pass-rusher Myles Garrett. ...
