Rapper CeeLo Green made a heartfelt tribute to Georgia teacher Jocelyn Wilson — who died with her fiance while celebrating his 50th birthday on a lake — while revealing that she was a childhood friend who was like a sister to him“Yall, this is Joy Wilson!
