Rangers rule injured Arthur Kaliyev out for the season

“Another young player that we’re moving in and out of the lineup and he’s done some good things for us.He got back in the lineup and got a chance to make an impact and that happened.

It’s tough.”Kaliyev had yet to play in a game this season before joining the Rangers.He collected three goals and one assist during his brief stint in New York, over which he served as a healthy scratch 11 times.Kaliyev is set to become a restricted free agent with arbitration rights at the conclusion of this season.Carson Soucy was a healthy scratch for a third straight game, while Calvin de Haan watched from the press box for a seventh consecutive contest.“[Soucy has] been good, don’t have any issues with the players that aren’t playing,” Laviolette said.
