Cement mogul Luis García, CEO of Adonel Concrete, is about to list a five-bedroom mansion in Miami with a tennis court for $14.9 million — down from its original $17.5 million asking priceGarcía bought the property out of foreclosure for $3.2 million in 2014, says the listing broker, Ana Teresa Rodriguez, founder and CEO of ATR Luxury Homes Group, who is also García’s fiancée.In the past decade, Miami real estate as soared as high as its new luxury towers.The current listing, at 4500 Sabal Palm Road, is known as Casa Club.

It’s part of Bay Point, a tony, gated community on Miami’s East Side where García sold another home for a record $38.5 million in 2023.The same year, García bought a condo on exclusive Fisher Island for $8.8 million, at 5275 Fisher Island Drive.

The seller was Brazilian “Shark Tank” entrepreneur Cristiana Arcangeli.The current $14.9 million mansion listing sits across from the homes of pop star Enrique Iglesias and tennis champ Anna Kournikova.At 3,531 square feet, the manse — built in 1950 and remodeled in modern ranch style in 2018 — features five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 16-foot-high ceilings.

The property is spread across more than half an acre and two lots.It also boasts a tennis court, a basketball court, mini golf, a gym, a pool and a pergola.If the price is too high, García is offering a single lot with the house for $8 million, or a single lot with the tennis court for $6.9 million.The estate blends “exclusivity, recreation and investment potential in one of Miami’s most prestigious neighborhoods,” says Rodriguez.  ...
